I created a program that works personally for you, to help you develop a healthy and balanced lifestyle. As your Coach, I will help you feel your best physically and mentally while still enjoying life, eating your favorite foods, and seeing results that last, not just through a 30 day, 6 week, or 8 week challenge, but for life. Fitness is a lifelong unique journey, it can be confusing & scary at times, trust me I'm on my own journey as well. But it doesn't have to be done alone, I'm your biggest supporter and I'm here to guide you and motivate you along the way!
Hi, I'm Maria, NASM Certified Fitness & Nutrition Coach! I decided to create my own online Fitness program, to help people feel better physically & mentally, while still enjoying their life. When I first started my fitness journey, I remember feeling lost & confused. I didn't have any guidance or help, and at times I felt lonely. My journey has been full of unexpected surprises, setbacks, and huge learning curves. Few years later, and a lot of knowledge and experience gained, I decided to take a leap of faith and create SOWFitness. So that no one starting, or currently on their fitness journey will feel lost, confused, or alone on their journey. Through the SOWFitness app, you will be apart of a fitness community, have a structured plan, access to meal plan, and most importantly you will have me, your Coach, providing guidance, accountability, and encouragement along the way. Whether you're a beginner or even a seasoned lifter that needs change, my approach to a healthy lifestyle is holistically, meaning I look at every area in your life that will help you achieve your goals!
